"How can OER enhance the position of less used languages on a global scale?" was the title of a workshop organised at the OCW Consortium global conference in Ljubljana on 25 April 2014. Gard Titlestad Secretary General International Council For Open and Distance Education (ICDE) moderated the workshop. Approximately 15 participants from most regions of the world took part in the workshop which gave input to ICDE's involved in the LangOER partnership.
