DESCRIPTION

Contributions by the 3 winners of the LangOER prize. Presentation by Małgorzata Kurek:

Marie Carlström, Sweden, winner of the LangOER competition of the most creative and innovative OER.

This is an example of how Marie made a book trailer using a free video making program. She used the program www.kizoa.com for this trailer. The book trailer was shown to her pupils as an inspiration on how you can enhance telling the essential story of a book by adding photos, sound and effects to it. Then her studentscreated their own book trailers.

Agnieszka Foltyn, Poland - the winner of the LangOER competition "Language Learning Challenges".

The lesson is a great material for teachers in charge of general education classes. In the Polish educational system such classes are obligatory, weekly meetings during which teachers are supposed to address topical issues.
